Introduction
Global Leadership equips managers with the skills required to lead people, projects, and organisations across multiple countries and cultures. Successful global leaders must balance strategic thinking with cultural awareness, inspire diverse teams, manage complexity, and make informed decisions while operating in rapidly changing international business environments.
This five-day course develops practical leadership capabilities for professionals responsible for multinational teams and global operations. Participants will strengthen their skills in international leadership, cross-cultural communication, organisational influence, strategic decision-making, and global team performance through practical exercises, case studies, and leadership simulations.
