Introduction
This course teaches a practical process for designing training that changes workplace performance. You will learn how to turn business needs into clear learning goals. The course covers methods, materials, assessments and a simple rollout plan. Exercises produce usable templates and a short pilot you can apply immediately. Ideal when training must justify time and budget with clear results.
Objectives
2. Write clear, testable learning objectives that specify conditions, behaviors and success criteria.
3. Design a blended training solution and select instructional methods and media to match learner needs.
4. Create assessment tools and an evaluation plan that measure learning and on-the-job transfer.
5. Produce a one-session pilot package (facilitator guide, participant materials, schedule and basic cost estimate) ready for testing.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
