This five-day course teaches how to evaluate training so decisions are based on evidence, not intuition. You will learn practical methods to measure learning, behaviour change and business impact. The course focuses on designing evaluation that fits organisational priorities and budget. By the end you will be able to make clear recommendations backed by data.

3. Create valid, reliable data-collection tools (surveys, assessments, observation guides) and sampling strategies.
