Introduction
Strategic Planning - Implementation equips leaders and managers with the practical skills to convert strategic intent into measurable results. This course moves beyond strategy formulation to focus on the operational, governance, people and measurement mechanisms required to execute strategy reliably. Participants will learn how to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, manage change, and establish feedback loops that sustain performance and continuous improvement.
