Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical leadership tools for running projects and leading teams. You will practice methods for clearer decision-making, tighter stakeholder alignment, and predictable delivery. The work is grounded in real project scenarios and hands-on exercises. The focus is on leading through influence, managing risk, and keeping projects moving under limited time and budget.
