Introduction
Effective strategy requires an organizational structure that translates direction into consistent decisions, efficient workflows and measurable outcomes. This practical five-day course equips leaders and practitioners with the frameworks, diagnostic tools and implementation practices needed to design, align and evolve organizational structure so it supports strategic priorities, accelerates decision making and unlocks value across the enterprise.
Objectives
2. Draft alternative structure options that align roles and reporting with strategic priorities and value streams.
3. Specify decision rights and escalation pathways so accountability and handoffs are clear across teams.
4. Create role and team charters that define core accountabilities, interfaces, and key performance indicators.
5. Build a phased implementation plan with change activities, communication steps, risk mitigations, and measures to monitor success.
