Introduction
Talent management is the strategic process of attracting, developing, engaging and retaining people with the capabilities required to achieve organisational objectives. An effective talent management approach ensures that organisations have the right people in the right roles while building leadership capability, succession readiness and workforce resilience.
This programme equips participants with practical frameworks for designing and improving talent management systems across the employee lifecycle.
