Introduction
Operations Strategy – Resourcing provides practical methods for planning and managing the people, equipment, facilities, materials, and financial resources needed to achieve strategic operational objectives. This five-day course develops practical skills in resource planning, workforce strategy, capacity management, asset utilisation, budgeting, and governance. Through operational case studies and hands-on exercises, participants will learn how to align resources with business strategy, improve operational flexibility, and build resilient resource plans that support future organisational needs.
