Introduction
This five-day course shows how to plan and run the people side of change. It focuses on practical tools and repeatable processes you can use on live initiatives. You will practice stakeholder analysis, communications, sponsor engagement, and measurement. The aim is to reduce disruption and improve adoption for projects like reorganizations, technology rollouts, and regulatory change.
Objectives
2. Map stakeholders and design targeted engagement and resistance-mitigation actions.
3. Build and execute audience-specific communication and training plans.
4. Coach sponsors and managers to lead change and sustain adoption at the team level.
5. Define adoption metrics, track progress, and adjust interventions based on data.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
