Objectives
2. Diagnose the root causes of a conflict and select targeted responses (interest-based, positional, or procedural).
3. Use at least three de‑escalation techniques—reframing, neutral language, calibrated pauses—to reduce emotional intensity in real time.
4. Apply framing, anchoring, and calibrated questioning to shift positions while preserving the relationship.
5. Lead multi‑party negotiations with stakeholder mapping, clear roles, and a shared agenda to close sustainable agreements.
