This five-day course teaches core leadership skills you can use immediately. It focuses on setting direction, coaching people, running meetings, and making better decisions. Activities are hands-on and tied to real workplace situations. You will leave with practical techniques to improve team performance and clarity of purpose.

2. Hold focused one-on-one coaching conversations that improve performance and development.
3. Give concise, actionable feedback and manage difficult conversations constructively.
4. Design and run efficient team meetings that produce decisions and clear next steps.
5. Use simple decision frameworks to evaluate options, weigh risks, and act with confidence.

1. First-line managers / Team leads responsible for direct reports (3–12 people).
2. Newly promoted managers in their first 12–18 months.
