Introduction
Team Leadership develops the practical skills required to lead people, coordinate daily operations, and build teams that consistently achieve results. Effective team leaders create clarity, encourage collaboration, support individual development, and ensure that team objectives remain aligned with organisational priorities. Strong leadership at team level directly influences productivity, employee engagement, and service quality.
This five-day course provides practical tools for leading diverse teams, setting priorities, communicating effectively, managing performance, resolving workplace challenges, and developing team capability. Through practical exercises, case studies, and workplace simulations, participants will strengthen their confidence and ability to lead teams in a wide range of organisational environments.

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
