This five-day course shows how to turn product ideas into validated opportunities. You will learn methods to generate ideas, test key assumptions, and decide what to build next. The focus is on reducing uncertainty and making resource-backed decisions. Sessions combine short lectures, hands-on exercises and reusable templates.

4. Draft a concise value hypothesis and a minimal test plan for an idea ready for piloting.
