Introduction
Design Thinking gives teams a practical, repeatable way to solve unclear problems. This course combines user research, collaborative ideation, and rapid prototyping. You will learn techniques to validate ideas early and reduce delivery risk. The skills apply to products, services, and internal processes.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
