Introduction
This five-day course shows how to build and sustain an innovation culture that produces repeatable outcomes. You will learn how to spot and remove cultural barriers, introduce practical routines for experimentation, and align incentives and governance to support new ideas. The program mixes diagnostics, case work and hands-on team practice tied to real business priorities. It is designed for people who must move innovation from isolated experiments to routine capability.
Objectives

3. Build a 90-day implementation roadmap that embeds rapid experimentation, learning loops and decision gates into existing workflows.
4. Practice facilitation and coaching techniques that preserve psychological safety while accelerating cross-functional decision-making.
5. Define clear metrics and a governance approach that balance exploration with operational risk and enable scaling of successful pilots.
