Introduction

This five-day course teaches practical methods to create, test, and implement new ideas. It combines structured creative techniques, decision frameworks, and hands-on prototyping. Participants gain repeatable processes to move concepts into validated initiatives.

Objectives

1. Apply at least three structured ideation techniques to generate user-centered concepts.
2. Use a simple prioritization framework (impact, effort, risk) to select ideas for development.
3. Convert ideas into testable hypotheses and design low-cost prototypes or experiments.
4. Produce a one-page value proposition and stakeholder map to align ideas with business needs.
5. Plan and facilitate short workshops that move teams from idea generation to prototype.
