Introduction
Workforce Planning enables organisations to ensure they have the right people, with the right skills, in the right roles at the right time. This five-day course provides practical methods for workforce analysis, demand and supply forecasting, succession planning, skills management, and workforce optimisation. Participants will learn how to develop workforce plans that support strategic objectives, improve talent availability, and strengthen organisational resilience through evidence-based decision-making.
