Introduction
This five-day course teaches managers how to evaluate, enter, and run businesses in foreign markets. It combines practical frameworks, case work, and market-data exercises. You will work on realistic scenarios: market selection, entry mode, distribution, regulatory fit, and cross-border operations. The aim is to reduce uncertainty and improve measurable outcomes from international activity.
