Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical skills for managing HR across countries. It focuses on compliance, pay and benefits, international assignments, talent acquisition, and HR systems. Participants work with templates, checklists and case studies to apply learning immediately. The course is for HR professionals responsible for multinational teams or market expansion.
Objectives
Design a global compensation and benefits framework that incorporates required local adjustments.
Build end-to-end processes for international assignments covering immigration, tax, payroll and repatriation.
Develop a multi-country talent acquisition and onboarding plan with local sourcing and selection criteria.
Configure HRIS data flows and dashboards to monitor headcount, costs, mobility and compliance.
