Course Information

Introduction

This 45-day Executive Decision Making Executive Master develops advanced knowledge and practical skills required to improve executive judgement, solve complex problems and make effective decisions in dynamic business environments.

The program focuses on decision systems, problem solving, high-pressure decisions, strategic tools, analytical thinking, leadership judgement, data-driven decisions and scenario mapping. Participants will learn how to structure decision processes, evaluate complex situations, manage uncertainty and apply analytical approaches to improve the quality of executive decisions.

Through advanced decision-making frameworks, leadership case studies, analytical methods and applied projects, participants will develop the ability to make informed choices, manage critical situations and support strategic organizational outcomes.

The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the executive decision-making concepts and tools learned throughout the Master to analyze a real organizational decision challenge and develop a structured improvement plan.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
