Introduction
PowerPoint is the primary tool for communicating decisions, plans and data across teams. This course teaches practical, repeatable techniques to make slides clearer, faster to build, and easier to reuse. You will learn template control, better data visuals, timing and delivery features, and production shortcuts. The focus is on skills you can apply to real presentations immediately.
Objectives

4. Add and control animations, transitions, and embedded media to guide audience focus without distraction.
5. Use Presenter View, rehearse timings, and export options (PDF, video) to prepare presentations for live, recorded, or shared delivery.
