Introduction
Executive coaching is a leadership approach that develops people through structured conversations, thoughtful questioning, and constructive feedback rather than giving immediate solutions. Leaders who apply coaching skills strengthen employee capability, improve performance, encourage accountability, and build a culture of continuous learning and development.
This five-day course develops practical coaching skills for executives and senior managers. Participants will learn how to conduct effective coaching conversations, establish development goals, provide meaningful feedback, ask powerful questions, and support individual and team performance through practical exercises, role plays, and executive coaching simulations.

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
