Introduction
Change leadership enables executives to guide organisations through transformation while maintaining performance, engagement, and strategic focus. Successful leaders create a clear vision for change, build commitment across stakeholders, manage resistance constructively, and ensure that change initiatives deliver sustainable business outcomes.
This five-day course develops practical change leadership skills for senior executives and organisational leaders. Participants will learn how to lead transformation initiatives, communicate change effectively, engage stakeholders, manage organisational resistance, and embed lasting change through practical frameworks, case studies, and executive simulations.
Objectives

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
