Introduction
Effective on-site control is essential to delivering safe, well-coordinated, and successful events. Once an event begins, managers must monitor operations, coordinate teams, resolve issues quickly, and maintain communication with suppliers, venue staff, and stakeholders. Strong operational control reduces disruption, protects the attendee experience, and ensures event objectives are achieved.
This five-day course provides practical techniques for managing live event operations. Participants will learn how to coordinate on-site teams, monitor event activities, respond to operational issues, manage health and safety requirements, and conduct structured event close-out through realistic scenarios and operational exercises.
