Introduction
Executives must turn strategy into clear messages that move people to action. This five-day course teaches how to shape, test, and deliver those messages. Participants will draft CEO briefs, investor statements, town-hall remarks, and crisis lines. Training focuses on message structure, supporting evidence, audience adaptation, and live delivery. Instructors provide iterative feedback and practical templates. Graduates leave able to lead messaging across channels with confidence.
Objectives
2) Build a messaging architecture: one-line positioning, three supporting pillars, and two proof points per pillar.
3) Create three audience-specific versions of the same core message for board, employees, and investors.
4) Deliver a 10-minute executive address with a clear opener, structured body, decisive close, and purposeful pacing.
5) Handle stakeholder questions using reframing, bridging, and commitment lines; demonstrate techniques in live Q&A practice.
