Organisations that promote equal opportunities and remove barriers to participation create stronger institutions, improve social outcomes, and increase the impact of development initiatives.

This five-day course provides practical knowledge and tools for integrating gender equality into policies, programmes, and workplace practices. Participants will learn how to conduct gender analysis, identify inequalities, design inclusive interventions, and monitor progress towards gender-responsive outcomes through practical case studies and interactive workshops.
