Introduction
Digital transformation enables organisations to improve performance by integrating technology, data, people, and processes into a unified operating model. This five-day course provides a practical framework for planning and delivering organisation-wide digital transformation. Participants will learn how to assess digital readiness, align transformation with business strategy, redesign processes, manage organisational change, and establish governance that supports long-term success through practical case studies and implementation workshops.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
