Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical steps to move digital initiatives from pilots to repeatable value. It covers strategy, operating models, customer and operational journey mapping, technology choices, and measurement. Participants practice tools and templates they can apply to current projects. The focus is on reducing risk and delivering measurable outcomes.
Objectives
2. Map customer and operational journeys to pinpoint digital touchpoints and high-impact quick wins.
3. Develop a 12–18 month transformation roadmap with prioritized initiatives, timelines, resource estimates and clear KPIs.
4. Produce a concise business case that quantifies benefits, costs and key risks to support decision-making.
5. Set up governance and change practices including roles, decision gates, vendor selection criteria and a capability-building plan.
