Introduction
This five-day course teaches practical skills for working with organizational data. It shows how data is created, stored, and used across business processes. Participants learn how data quality, governance, and metrics affect decisions. The course emphasizes everyday tasks: asking the right questions, reading common reports, and collaborating with IT and analytics. Content is designed for people responsible for making or supporting data-driven changes.
Objectives

4. Select and interpret a small set of core metrics to monitor performance and detect anomalies.
