Crises happen. How you respond determines safety, operational continuity, legal exposure, and public trust. This five-day course teaches essential crisis frameworks, decision protocols, and practical communication tactics. You will practice realistic scenarios and leave with a usable starter plan.

Objectives

1. Apply a simple incident command structure to assign roles and make timely decisions.
2. Assess and prioritise immediate risks to people, assets, and operations.
3. Draft clear internal and external messages for the first 72 hours after an incident.
4. Run and evaluate a tabletop exercise to identify gaps in response and command.
5. Produce a 90-day starter crisis plan with triggers, escalation paths, and key contacts.
