Introduction
This course shows how to choose and execute strategic moves that change market position. It focuses on decision rules, testable hypotheses, and measurable outcomes. You will work on real cases and build move packages you can use immediately. The emphasis is on clarity: what to do, why it will work, and how to implement it.
Objectives
2. Formulate concrete strategic moves (e.g., market entry, pricing change, capability build, alliance) with clear hypotheses and KPIs.
3. Quantify the financial and operational impact of each move and surface key dependencies and risks.
4. Produce a 90–180 day execution plan with milestones, resource estimates, and go/no-go criteria.
5. Prepare concise decision briefs and stakeholder alignment plans to secure commitment and speed implementation.
