This five-day course covers the core skills for managing organizational change. You will learn practical tools for planning, communicating, and sustaining change. The course uses real-world exercises to apply methods to active initiatives. Participants leave able to lead change with clearer plans, better stakeholder engagement, and measurable follow-up.
