Introduction
This course teaches how to establish and maintain practical quality control across business operations. It covers inspection methods, measurement systems, statistical process control, and corrective action. Participants work on real process examples and leave with templates they can apply immediately. The focus is on reducing defects, lowering cost of poor quality, and meeting regulatory and customer requirements.
Objectives
