Introduction
Hospitals face pressure to improve care, reduce cost, and meet new regulatory and interoperability demands. This five-day course teaches leaders how to plan, govern, and deliver digital initiatives that support clinical priorities. Sessions use hospital examples and constrained budgets. You will leave with concrete tools and a ready-to-use roadmap.
Objectives
2. Prioritize initiatives by clinical impact, cost, and implementation risk; produce a 12-month roadmap with budget estimates.
3. Design governance and procurement processes, including KPIs, decision gates, and vendor performance criteria.
4. Apply data and interoperability frameworks to measure outcomes, support reporting, and reduce redundant systems.
5. Lead change: engage clinicians and staff, create adoption and training plans, and track benefits realization.
