Introduction
Five days of focused practice in spoken Arabic for workplace use. You will practice realistic dialogs and receive targeted feedback on pronunciation and phrasing. The content targets greetings, introductions, phone calls, meetings and brief negotiations. Clear spoken Arabic reduces misunderstandings and helps projects move faster when working with Arabic-speaking colleagues and clients.
Objectives
Use appropriate greetings and register for formal and informal workplace settings.
Conduct a telephone call to confirm appointments, relay short messages, and handle simple scheduling changes.
Read and compose short workplace texts: signs, labels, simple emails, and form fields.
Apply basic cultural communication norms to manage turn-taking, polite refusals, and small talk without causing offense.

Day 3: Problem Solving and Complaint Handling
