- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.

Day 3:
Executing and Monitoring Projects

Managing project execution and quality assurance processes.
Tracking project progress with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
Effective communication plans and stakeholder engagement techniques.

Day 4:
Advanced Tools, Techniques, and Agile Practices

Utilizing project management tools: Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, and adaptive project management.
Managing changes: change control systems and impact assessments.
Ethical and professional conduct in project management.

Day 5:
Exam Preparation and Real-World Application

Comprehensive review of all PMP knowledge areas and process groups.
Mock exams and practice questions to reinforce learning.
Strategies for exam success: time management and answering complex questions.
