Introduction

This 25-day Training & Development Executive Diploma develops the knowledge and practical skills required to identify learning needs, design effective training programs and evaluate training impact within organizations.

The program focuses on training needs analysis, training design, delivery skills and evaluation methods. Participants will learn how to assess development requirements, create structured learning solutions, deliver engaging training sessions and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Through practical frameworks, case studies and applied exercises, participants will develop the ability to build effective learning and development practices that support employee growth and organizational performance. The final five days are dedicated to a thesis project, where participants apply the training and development concepts and tools learned throughout the diploma to analyze a real organizational learning challenge and develop an improvement plan.
