- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.

Recognizing and Responding to Mental Health Challenges

Identifying common mental health conditions: Anxiety, depression, and burnout.
Signs and symptoms: Behavioral, emotional, and cognitive indicators.
Introduction to Mental Health First Aid: Principles and techniques.
Role-playing exercises: Practicing active listening and empathy.


Day 3:
Promoting Workplace Wellbeing

Strategies for fostering psychological safety in teams.
Designing wellness programs: Best practices and compliance requirements.
Stress management techniques: Mindfulness, resilience-building, and self-care.
Group activities: Developing a workplace wellbeing action plan.


Day 4:
Trauma-Informed Care and Diversity

Understanding trauma: Types, effects, and recovery processes.
Trauma-informed practices: Creating safe and inclusive environments.
Diversity and inclusion: Addressing disparities in mental health access.
Workshop: Applying trauma-informed care principles to real-world scenarios.
