This five-day course teaches practical skills for planning and delivering learning sessions. You will practice facilitation, presentation, and participant management in realistic settings. The focus is on helping learners apply new skills after the session. Sessions combine short instruction, peer practice, and structured feedback.
1. Plan and structure a learner-centered session with clear learning outcomes and assessment points.
2. Use facilitation techniques that increase interaction and sustain engagement for different learner types.
3. Deliver clear, confident presentations using voice, timing, body language, and visual aids.
4. Manage challenging participants and difficult questions without losing group momentum.
5. Design simple measures to evaluate learning transfer and iterate the session based on feedback.

2. Learning & Development specialists who run face-to-face or virtual programs.
3. Subject matter experts who regularly deliver training to peers.
4. HR business partners who design and support development initiatives.
5. Team leaders and managers who run onboarding or skills sessions for their teams.

Daily Schedule (Monday to Friday)
- 09:00 AM – 10:30 AM Technical Session 1
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM Technical Session 2
- 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM Technical Session 3
- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM Self-Study & Reflection
Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
