In today’s interconnected economy, an efficient supply chain is a decisive source of competitive advantage. This course provides a practical, end-to-end view of supply chain management—covering strategy, planning, sourcing, operations, logistics and digital enablers—so participants can reduce cost, improve service and build resilience. Through case examples and actionable tools, learners will leave able to diagnose supply chain performance gaps and implement high-impact improvements.
1. Map an end-to-end supply chain, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize improvement opportunities.
2. Create demand forecasts and run a basic Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
3. Calculate safety stock, reorder points, and order quantities using variability and lead-time data.
4. Develop sourcing strategies that balance cost, risk, and supplier capability; evaluate total cost of ownership.
5. Define KPIs and build simple dashboards to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM Self-Study & Reflection
Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
