Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
In a fast-changing business environment, the ability to craft clear, executable strategies separates organizations that lead from those that lag. This course, Strategic Planning - Strategy Development, equips leaders and managers with a structured, practical approach to diagnose market and internal realities, generate high‑value strategic options, and translate choices into measurable plans. Participants will learn tools and processes that align resources, manage risk, and create adaptive roadmaps for sustained competitive advantage.
1. Conduct structured external and internal analyses and identify the top three strategic issues.
2. Generate and evaluate strategic options and choose a prioritized approach using explicit criteria.
3. Translate the chosen strategy into measurable objectives, KPIs, and a 12–36 month implementation roadmap with milestones.
4. Design governance, roles, and resource allocations required to implement the plan and manage risks.
5. Prepare and deliver a concise strategic plan and executive briefing to secure stakeholder commitment.
