This course, Strategic Management - Performance Management, equips leaders with the frameworks, tools and practices to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, sharpen accountability, and drive sustained value. Participants will learn how to design performance systems, set meaningful KPIs, use data for decision-making, and embed continuous improvement into organizational routines.
1. Map strategic objectives to measurable performance indicators and set clear targets for roles and teams.
2. Design a performance management cycle including goal-setting, mid-cycle reviews, appraisal, and calibration processes.
3. Run structured performance conversations that combine assessment, coaching, and development planning.
4. Use performance data to diagnose gaps, prioritize development, and make fair reward and staffing decisions.
5. Implement controls and techniques to reduce bias and improve consistency across evaluators and business units.
1. HR Business Partners responsible for translating strategy into people practices.
2. Line managers and front-line supervisors who conduct regular performance reviews.
3. Talent Management or Rewards specialists designing appraisal and compensation processes.
4. Learning & Development or Organizational Development leads linking performance to capability programs.

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
