This course teaches how to design and manage the employee lifecycle from attraction through exit. It focuses on practical actions that link people practices to business results. Participants work with frameworks for recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, retention and offboarding. The content addresses common challenges such as hybrid work models, talent shortages and regulatory change.
1. Map and diagnose your organisation's employee lifecycle to identify critical leakage points and opportunities.
2. Create a recruitment-to-onboarding workflow that aligns hiring decisions with business priorities.
3. Design performance, development and mobility processes that improve retention and internal talent flow.
4. Build a concise set of metrics and dashboards to track lifecycle effectiveness and calculate ROI.
5. Draft succession, knowledge-transfer and exit plans that reduce disruption and preserve capability.

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM Self-Study & Reflection
Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
