This five-day course shows how to turn business data into decision-ready intelligence. You will learn to connect strategy to measurable metrics, design practical BI solutions, and build dashboards that prompt action. Course work combines architecture choices, analytics techniques, and communication practice using real business scenarios. The emphasis is on concrete steps you can apply immediately to improve reporting accuracy, decision speed, and stakeholder alignment.
1. Define business objectives and translate them into a concise set of measurable KPIs and reporting requirements.
2. Design a scalable BI architecture that balances data quality, performance, and cost for a given use case.
3. Build end-to-end analytics workflows: select sources, specify transformations, and assemble prototype dashboards.
4. Analyze data to produce clear, evidence-based insights and a prioritized set of recommended actions.
5. Prepare and deliver stakeholder-ready presentations that include implementation steps, ownership, and expected business impact.
1. Business Intelligence Manager or Team Lead responsible for BI strategy and delivery
2. Business Analyst focused on reporting, metrics, or decision support
3. Product Manager who needs to set data-driven roadmaps and success metrics
4. FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst or Manager responsible for financial reporting and forecasts
5. Strategy or Operations Manager leading cross-functional initiatives that depend on analytics

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
