Scope Management equips project professionals with the knowledge and techniques to define, control and deliver the right work. This course combines practical tools, governance practices and stakeholder methods to prevent scope creep, align expectations and integrate scope with schedule, cost and quality baselines. Participants will leave able to create unambiguous scope documentation and implement robust change-control mechanisms that keep projects on track.
1. Define and document a clear project scope and establish a scope baseline.
2. Break scope into a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and create scope-based estimates.
3. Build a requirements traceability approach that links requirements to deliverables and acceptance criteria.
4. Design and operate a change control process: assess impacts, obtain approvals, and update scope artifacts.
5. Monitor scope during execution, detect scope creep early, and apply corrective actions to control cost and schedule.

4. Business Analysts and Requirements Engineers who define and manage requirements.

- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM Self-Study & Reflection
Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
