This five-day course covers the fundamentals of ISO quality management systems, with emphasis on ISO 9001. It focuses on practical steps to design, implement and maintain a QMS that meets ISO requirements and business needs. Participants work on process mapping, documentation, internal audits and corrective actions. The course is aimed at people who must apply ISO requirements to processes, projects or supplier relationships.
1. Interpret the structure and key clauses of ISO 9001 and link them to your organization.
2. Map core processes and define measurable quality objectives and indicators.
3. Create and maintain QMS documentation required for compliance (quality policy, procedures, records).
4. Plan and conduct internal audits, report findings, and manage corrective actions.
5. Apply risk-based thinking and basic continuous-improvement tools to address root causes.

- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
