Projects succeed when outputs meet requirements and stakeholders have confidence in the results. This course covers practical methods to plan, assure, and control quality across the project lifecycle. You will work with templates, checklists, and real examples that reduce defects and rework. The focus is on approaches you can apply on your next project.
Develop a project quality management plan that ties scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria to measurable controls.
Define clear, measurable quality metrics and acceptance tests and embed them in project schedules and contracts.
Design and conduct quality assurance activities, audits, and structured peer reviews to find issues early.
Use root-cause analysis and basic statistical tools (Pareto, control charts) to prioritize and reduce defects.
Implement corrective and preventive actions, track their effectiveness, and report improvements to stakeholders.
Project Managers responsible for delivery
Program Managers overseeing multiple related projects
Quality Managers or QA/QC Leads accountable for project quality
Project Engineers or Technical Leads who own deliverables
Business Analysts, Requirements Managers, or Test Leads involved in acceptance and verification

- 09:00 AM – 10:30 AM Technical Session 1
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM Technical Session 2

- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
