This five-day course teaches core project management skills you can apply immediately. You will learn how to plan, execute, monitor and close projects. The course focuses on practical tools, templates and decision points that improve predictability and control. Sessions combine short lectures with hands-on exercises based on real project scenarios.
1. Define project scope, objectives and measurable success criteria with stakeholders.
2. Create a realistic project schedule using work breakdown, estimating techniques and critical path analysis.
3. Prepare a basic budget and resource plan, and track cost and effort variances.
4. Identify, assess and manage risks with mitigation and contingency plans.
5. Run concise status meetings and produce clear progress reports for sponsors and teams.
1. Newly appointed project managers responsible for small-to-medium projects.
2. Project coordinators and PMO analysts who support project delivery.
3. Functional managers who lead or allocate staff to project teams.
4. Business analysts who own requirements and delivery outcomes.
5. Product owners or product managers involved in project execution.

Daily Schedule (Monday to Friday)
- 09:00 AM – 10:30 AM Technical Session 1
- 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM Technical Session 2
- 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM Technical Session 3
- 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM Lunch Break (If Applicable)
- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.
- 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM Self-Study & Reflection
Please Note:
- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
- Coffee and refreshments are available on a floating basis throughout the morning. Participants may help themselves at their convenience to ensure an uninterrupted learning experience Provided if applicable and subject to course delivery arrangements.
