Dream Big, and Let Us Make It Happen
Change requests alter scope, schedule and budget. This course teaches practical steps to evaluate, decide and implement those requests. You will practice impact analysis, governance briefings and stakeholder negotiation. The emphasis is on repeatable tools and clear responsibilities. It is designed for projects where changes affect delivery or funding.
1. Use a structured impact-analysis template to quantify scope, schedule and cost effects of a change request.
2. Apply a decision rubric to classify, prioritize and recommend approval, deferral or rejection of requests.
3. Prepare concise change-request packages for sponsors and governance bodies, including alternatives and trade-offs.
4. Negotiate and document agreed trade-offs with stakeholders, converting informal decisions into approved scope changes.
5. Update project baselines, plans and risk registers to reflect approved changes and track implementation performance.
1. Project Managers responsible for delivery and scope control.
2. Program Managers overseeing interdependent projects and change impacts across a program.
