Projects stall when communication breaks down. This five-day course teaches practical methods to lead clear, consistent communication across project phases. You will practice stakeholder mapping, concise reporting, decision-focused meetings, and handling difficult conversations. The emphasis is on tools and behaviours you can apply immediately to reduce rework and keep the project on track.

1. Create a stakeholder communication plan that assigns messages, frequency, channels, and escalation paths.
2. Produce concise status reports that highlight progress, risks, decisions required, and next steps.
3. Run structured meetings and workshops that conclude with documented decisions, owners, and deadlines.
4. Navigate difficult conversations and negotiate trade-offs to protect scope, schedule, and team morale.
5. Apply templates and communication protocols for handoffs, remote collaboration, and audit-ready records.
